The research method used is quantitative regression. The research subjects are 109 students from class X DPIB of the Department of State Vocational High School 4 Semarang, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses non-test techniques in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 25 statements for self-confidence and 33 statements for interpersonal communication. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 26 program. The results show that self-confidence has a positive effect on interpersonal communication, as evidenced by the R Square value of 0.306. This means that the influence of self-confidence on interpersonal communication (Y) is 30.6%. The coefficient significance value (Sig.) is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that self-confidence (X) has an effect on interpersonal communication (Y). The regression coefficient shows that the influence of self-confidence (X) on interpersonal communication (Y) is positive.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong> <em>Self-Confidence; Communication; Interpersonal Communication.</em></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak:</em></strong><em> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap komunikasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif regresi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X DPIB SMK Negeri 4 Semarang yang berjumlah 109 siswa diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non tes berupa kuisioner model skala likert menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri 25 item pernyataan dan skala komunikasi interpersonal 33 item pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana dibantu menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif terhadap komunikasi interpersonal. Dibuktikan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,306. Artinya pengaruh kepercayaan diri terhadap komunikasi interpersonal (Y) sebesar 30,6 %. Coeffiencts nilai signifikansi Sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan diri (X) berpengaruh terhadap komunikasi interpersonal (Y). Procrastination carried out at school in connection with academic tasks is called academic procrastination. The phenomenon that occurs in students who often delay doing schoolwork is a problem in itself for teachers and students themselves. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of self-management techniques to reduce academic procrastination. The type of research used is single subject research (SSR) experimental research with 4 students as subjects. The data collection method uses a questionnaire or academic procrastination questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use analysis within conditions and analysis between conditions. The results of the study showed that the overall average percentage reduction for subject 1 and subject 4 from the baseline phase (A1) to the baseline phase (A2) was 33%, while for subject 2 and subject 3 it was 31%. In addition, the overlap data from the baseline A1 phase to the intervention phase, and the intervention phase to the baseline A2 phase has an overlap percentage of 0%, the highest percentage reduction occurs in the A1 baseline phase to the intervention phase by applying four stages, namely: 1) self monitoring, 2 ) positive reinforcement (self reward) 3) agreement with yourself (self contracting) 4) mastery of stimuli (stimulus control), so that self management techniques are quite effective in reducing academic procrastination in class XII Science students at SMA Negeri 4 Pandeglang.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong> <em>Self Management Techniques; Academic Procrastination.</em></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak:</em></strong><em> Prokrastinasi merupakan suatu mekanisme dalam rangka menghadapi kecemasan yang berkaitan dengan bagaimana cara individu memulai atau melengkapi suatu pekerjaan serta cara pengambilan sebuah keputusan. Prokrastinasi dilakukan di sekolah berkaitan dengan tugas-tugas akademik disebut dengan prokrastinasi akademik. Fenomena yang terjadi pada siswa yang sering menunda melakukan tugas sekolah menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi guru dan siswa itu sendiri. </em><em>Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh teknik self management untuk mengurangi prokrastinasi akademik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian eksperimen single subject research (SSR) dengan subjek berjumlah 4 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner prokrastinasi akademik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase penurunan rata-rata keseluruhan untuk subjek 1 dan subjek 4 pada fase baseline (A1) ke fase baseline (A2) sebesar 33%, sedangkan subjek 2 dan subjek 3 sebesar 31%. This happened because several basic needs have not been met, which makes them have low motivation to study. Therefore, the Save Street Child (SSC) Surabaya community, as a community that cares for street children, is here to act as a companion to street children and help increase their motivation to learn. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research stages carried out were assessment through observation and interviews then analysis, data reduction and drawing conclusions. In increasing the learning motivation of street children in the SSC community, the role played is through a program of activities that suit the needs experienced by street children. The results of the research show that street children have very low motivation to learn, due to environmental factors that not everyone accepts their existence.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong> <em>Save Street Child Community; Street Children; Learning Motivation.</em></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak:</em></strong><em> Kondisi anak jalanan banyak yang tidak bersekolah atau putus sekolah, hal demikian terjadi karena beberapa faktor kebutuhan dasar yang belum terpenuhi sehingga membuat mereka memiliki motivasi bekajar yang rendah. Oleh karena itu komunitas Save Street Child (SSC) Surabaya sebagai komunitas peduli anak jalanan hadir berperan sebagai pendamping anak jalanan dan membantu dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan asesmen melalui observasi dan wawancara kemudian menganalisis, mereduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak jalanan komunitas SSC maka peran yang dilakukan adalah melalui program kegiatan-kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang dialami anak jalanan. In the implementation of counseling in schools where Islamic law must be adhered to, alongside the demand for guidance and counseling teachers to understand gender equality, it becomes a challenge for them, especially in higher-level schools.The purpose of this research is to gain a deep understanding of how guidance and counseling teachers perceive and face challenges related to gender when providing counseling services under Islamic Sharia Law (Qanun). Additionally, it seeks to uncover the efforts made by these teachers to enhance their own understanding and that of their students regarding gender. This study employed a qualitative descriptive research design with a sample size of four individuals from four different schools, selected purposively through interview techniques. The research findings indicate that guidance and counseling teachers' understanding of gender in school counseling services is influenced by Qanun Islamic Law. There is a variety of perspectives regarding gender differences in Islam, the roles of gender in society, and conservative views on leadership. However, within the school context, gender equality in leadership and students' rights are upheld. In counseling practice, teachers share similar concepts, emphasizing the importance of location and ethical considerations when dealing with adult male students. Challenges include discomfort in addressing the needs of adult male students that require physical contact while adhering to the Islamic prohibition of being alone with unrelated individuals (khalwat). These challenges can be overcome with time. Notably, Qanun Sharia Law does not impose specific limitations on gender in the context of children. Guidance and counseling teachers provide children with the space to resolve their own issues, in accordance with counseling principles in Islam. To improve their understanding of gender based on Qanun Sharia Law, guidance and counseling teachers seek additional information and references that are relevant to the Islamic legal framework.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong> <em>Gender; Guidance and Counseling; Qanun Islamic Law.</em></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak:</em></strong><em> Di Provinsi Aceh, kesetaraan gender masih belum sepenuhnya dipahami oleh masyarakat, dan banyak yang menghadapi keterbatasan dalam memahami konsep tersebut. Dalam penerapan konseling di sekolah dimana syariat Islam harus dijalankan disamping guru BK dituntut untuk memahami kesetaraan gender menjadi tantangan sendiri bagi mereka khususnya di sekolah tingkat atas. tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mencari tau secara mendalam seperti apa pemahaman dan kendala para guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap gender dalam memeri layanan konseling dibawah qanun syariat Islam. Disamping itu juga untuk mencari tau apa saja usaha yang dilakukan oleh para guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatakan pemahaman mereka dan para siswa mengenai gender. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 4 orang dari 4 sekolah yang berbeda yang diambil secara purposive sampling, data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman guru Bimbingan dan Konseling tentang gender dalam layanan konseling sekolah berdasarkan Qanun Syariat Islam. Terdapat variasi pemahaman mengenai perbedaan gender dalam Islam, peran gender dalam masyarakat, dan pandangan konservatif tentang pemimpinan. Namun, di sekolah, kesetaraan gender dalam kepemimpinan dan hak-hak siswa dijunjung. Dalam praktik konseling, guru memiliki konsep serupa, memperhatikan lokasi dan etika saat berhadapan dengan siswa laki-laki dewasa. Kendala-kendala termasuk ketidaknyamanan dalam menangani siswa laki-laki dewasa yan memerlukan sentuhan fisik, namun harus mematuhi larangan berkhalwat dalam Islam. Kendala ini dapat diatasi seiring berjalannya waktu. Qanun Syariat Islam tidak memiliki batasan khusus mengenai gender anak-anak, dengan guru memberi anak-anak ruang untuk menyelesaikan masalah mereka sendiri, sesuai prinsip konseling dalam Islam. Therefore, considering that religious understanding is very important for humans in life, it is hoped that regular recitations will be able to provide benefits about Islamic teachings for the people who follow them. This research was conducted to find out how the recitation process is carried out, as well as the benefits of the recitation for religious understanding for the congregation. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, the research location is West Aceh Regency and Aceh Besar Regency and the research subjects are recitation congregations. From the results of the research, it was found that the process of carrying out the recitation once a week with the implementation time being 14.00-16.00 WIB or after the duhur prayer until the Asr prayer, the place of implementation in the recitation hall and village meunasah, the material discussed is closely related to Islamic teachings. The benefit felt by the congregation is the increase in knowledge about Islamic teachings from previously not knowing to knowing and understanding Islamic teachings, especially those closely related to worship activities. Dari hasil penelitian temukan bahwa proses pelaksanaan pengajian sekali dalam seminggu dengan waktu pelaksanaan pukul 14.00-16.00 WIB atau setelah shalat duhur samapai dengan shalat ashar, tempat pelaksanaanya di balai pengajian dan meunasah gampong, materi yang di bahas berkaitan erat dengan ajaran Islam. In addition, another problem is that students have difficulty determining career planning after graduating from Vocational High School because of the limited information they obtain and also the form of information provided in schools is limited. Therefore, a career information medium is developed to increase students' insight about careers. The purpose of this research development is to produce a career information medium assisted by interactive multimedia android-based for students of SMK Negeri 1 Godean as one of the careers information media that can be used by guidance and counseling teachers in providing basic guidance and counseling services, therefore they can help students in doing career planning. The products resulting from this research are in the form of an interactive Android multimedia-assisted career information medium with several existing features, namely career exploration features (self-exploration and environment), comprehension quizzes, information purpose features, reference features, and media developer info features. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method. Based on the Borg and Gall development step model. Based on the results of research from material expert validators, 92% of the results refer to very feasible categories, and media expert validators obtained 85% of the results with very feasible categories. While the results of product trials in limited groups is obtained 88% that refer to very feasible categories. Selain itu, masalah lainnya adalah peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan rencana karir setalah lulus dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan karena keterbatasan informasi yang didapatkan oleh peserta didik dan juga bentuk informasi yang disediakan di sekolah terbatas. Maka dari itu dikembangkanlah suatu media informasi karir untuk menambah wawasan peserta didik tentang karir. Produk yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini berupa media informasi karir berbantuan multimedia interaktif android dengan beberapa fitur yang ada, yaitu fitur eksplorasi karir (eksplorasi diri dan lingkungan), quiz pemahaman, fitur tujuan informasi, fitur refrensi dan fitur info pengembang media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development). Berdasarkan model langkah pengembangan Borg and Gall. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari validator ahli materi didapatkan hasil 92% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan validator ahli media didapatkan hasil 85%. dengan kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil uji coba produk pada kelompok terbatas didapatkan hasil 88% dengan kategori sangat layak. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of career guidance programs at State High School 1 Muratara, specifically focusing on efforts to enhance students' interest in studies through group counseling sessions. A qualitative approach was employed in this study, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection methods. To ensure data validity, a triangulation of sources technique was utilized, involving interviews with the Guidance Counselor, students, and subject teachers prior to the provision of career information services. The research findings revealed that initially, 4 participants exhibited low levels of career maturity, but after receiving career information services, the number of participants reaching a better level of career maturity increased to 7. This research confirms that the implementation of career guidance through career information services at the school has significantly positively impacted the improvement of students' study interests. Key success factors in this program included strong support from guidance and counseling teachers, effective collaboration with relevant parties, and the optimization of available resources. However, a challenge identified was the lack of motivation among participants to engage in career information services. This research contributes significantly to deepening the understanding of career guidance practices in the school environment, emphasizing the importance of enhancing students' study interests as a key factor in developing their potential and making appropriate career choices. The research findings were generated through qualitative data analysis using a Theme Grouping approach, focusing on evaluating the implementation of the career guidance program through career information services at State High School 1 Muratara.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong> <em>Career; Guidance; Boosting Interest; Student.</em></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak:</em></strong><em> Kematangan karir siswa yang rendah telah menjadi isu kritis dalam ranah pendidikan, mengindikasikan ketidakyakinan siswa terhadap pilihan karir mereka dan kemampuan mereka untuk merencanakan masa depan yang sesuai. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program bimbingan karir di SMA Negeri 1 Muratara dengan fokus khusus pada upaya meningkatkan minat studi siswa melalui sesi bimbingan kelompok. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang mencakup wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, teknik triangulasi sumber digunakan, dengan melibatkan wawancara dengan Guru BK, siswa, dan guru mata pelajaran sebelum pemberian layanan informasi karir. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa sebanyak 4 peserta didik awalnya menunjukkan tingkat kematangan karir yang rendah, namun setelah menerima layanan informasi karir, jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai tingkat kematangan karir yang lebih baik meningkat menjadi 7 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan karir melalui layanan informasi karir di sekolah telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan pada peningkatan minat studi siswa. Faktor-faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan program ini meliputi dukungan yang kuat dari guru bimbingan dan konseling, kerjasama yang efektif dengan pihak-pihak terkait, serta optimalisasi sumber daya yang tersedia. Namun, kendala yang muncul adalah kurangnya motivasi peserta didik dalam mengikuti layanan informasi karir. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperdalam pemahaman tentang praktik bimbingan karir di lingkungan sekolah dan menekankan pentingnya peningkatan minat studi siswa sebagai faktor kunci dalam pengembangan potensi mereka dan pemilihan karir yang tepat. Elementary school students in fact have the ability to remember which is still sharp compared to adults. Therefore, the memory should be trained and developed by memorizing short chapters in the Qur'an. But another problem arises, when memory disease appears (forgetting). So here it is very necessary to have the role of teachers and parents as a companion for children in memorizing short chapters in the Qur'an. This study aims to analyze the ability to remember the memorization of juz 'amma in elementary school students based on the Atkinson-Shiffrin information storage theory review. This research method uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation, analysis techniques by reducing, displaying, and concluding data. While data validity techniques with credibility test, transferability test, depenability test, and confirmability test. The results of the study state that the ability to remember the memorization of juz 'amma of SD Negeri 01 Tebat Karai students is quite good, this can be seen when students deposit memorization to their teachers, and the reading is almost perfect according to the law of tajweed. Thus, based on the theory of information storage, it can be stated that the process of remembering the memorization of juz 'amma students has reached the stage of storing information in long-term memory.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong> <em>Juz 'Amma Memorization; Recall Ability; Elementary School; Information Storage Theory.</em></p><p><strong><em>Abstrak:</em></strong><em> Kemampuan mengingat merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran, karena mengingat menjadi metode untuk menyimpan semua informasi. Siswa sekolah dasar notabenenya memiliki kemampuan mengingat yang masih tajam dibandingkan orang dewasa. Oleh karena itu, hendaklah ingatan itu dilatih dan dikembangkan dengan cara menghafal surah-surah pendek dalam Al-Qur’an. Namun permasalahan lain muncul, tatkala penyakit ingatan muncul (lupa). Maka disini sangat perlu adanya peran guru serta orang tua sebagai pendamping anak-anak dalam menghafal surah-surah pendek dalam Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan mengingat hafalan juz ‘amma pada siswa sekolah dasar berdasarkan tinjauan teori penyimpanan informasi Atkinson-Shiffrin. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi serta triangulasi data, teknik analisis dengan cara mereduksi, mendisplay, dan menyimpulkan data. Sedangkan teknik keabsahan data dengan uji credibility, uji transferability, uji depenability, dan uji konfirmability. Adapun hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kemampuan mengingat hafalan juz ‘amma siswa SD Negeri 01 Tebat Karai sudah cukup baik, hal ini terlihat pada saat peserta didik menyetorkan hafalan kepada gurunya, dan bacaannya hampir sempurna sesuai hukum tajwid. Students respect other people more, are patient and do not impose their will and are able to cooperate with others. group guidance services were held 2 times with the theme of how to appreciate and the importance of cooperation. In the activity stage the discussion develops by discussing respecting teachers, parents and friends, and being able to collaborate in class and live in society. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi data, subjek penelitian guru BK dan 10 orang siswa kelas XI IPS IV 10 siswa SMA N 4 Rejang Lebong yang dikategorikan beramasalah pada sikap sosial dan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan validasi data. Hasil penelitian adanya perubahan sikap sosial siswa sebelum layanan dan setelah bimbingan kelompok. Siswa lebih menghargai orang lain, sabar dan tidak memaksakan kehendak dan mampu Kerjasama dengan orang lain. layanan bimbingan kelompok dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 kali dengan tema cara menghargai dan pentingnya kerjasama. Dalam tahap kegiatan berkembang diskusi dengan membahas menghargai guru, orang tua serta teman-temannya, serta bisa kerjasama dalam kelas dan hidup bermasyarakat.
