This article tries to examine more specifically the gastrodiplomacy instrument of the Indonesian government through coffee, which in this context will raise the theme of Sanger Aceh. The main question that this article would like to answer was related to the potential of Sanger Aceh as an instrument in the practice of gastrodiplomacy by the indonesian government. This article tries to unravel questions related to the challenges faced by Sanger as an instrument of gastrodiplomacy. This article will describe the gastrodiplomacy practices carried out by Indonesia and several other countries and find the urgency of this gastrodiplomacy practice for the Indonesian government. This article will analyze the potential of Sanger and several challenges in the future.
