The curriculum is used as a tool to achieve educational goals, curriculum that is both systematic curriculum, flexible and according to the needs of society, especially in the era of globalization, the formulation must be adapted to the pace of development of science and technology and the development of society, then in the formulation required a clear conceptual in order to achieve the desired expectations by all parties. Kurikulum digunakan sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum yang baik adalah kurikulum yang sistematis, fleksibel dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat ter-utama di era globalisasi, penyusunannya harus disesuaikan dengan laju perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan tehnologi serta perkembangan masyarakat, maka dalam penyusunannya diperlu-kan sebuah konseptual yang jelas supaya tercapainya harapan yang diinginkan oleh semua pihak.
