Abstract

The people of Aceh have diverse traditions. The growth of Acehnese society relies on customary law, which unites the community. Aceh prohibits robbery, robbery, and bullying within indigenous communities. Adolescents face social and psychological problems, including education, finances, sexuality, promiscuity, drug addiction, broken families, bullying, and juvenile crime. Even if critical, this problem is rarely fixed. Therefore, it is necessary to study according to custom and customary law, the parties are responsible for robbery and bullying. Analyze the causes of theft and bullying according to custom and customary law. The Solutions are based on social norms to prevent theft and bullying according to custom and customary law. This research is studied extensively to reveal important facts, situations, phenomena, and the influence of objects. Data was collected and analyzed using phenomenological, sociological, and humanistic methodologies. Various written and verbal information channels detailed the findings. The people of Aceh were shocked by the robbery and bullying. Robberies and bullying can be considered as the beginning of various other manifestations of violence, such as brawls, intimidation, beatings, and even murder. Another consequence is the loss of customary laws (Pageu gampong) and the erosion of traditional community law, which plays a vital role in encouraging optimal growth and development in school-aged children based on the customs and culture of the Acehnese people.
