Indonesian Modern Business Communication In Islamic Law Perspective: The Ethical Complexities Of Business Communication In A Muslim Majority Country
Abstract
As an Islamic country, Indonesia exhibits an odd modern-day business environment where Islamic values are not only religious principles, but are also made to serve as legal as well as legal frameworks. This study seeks to uncover the complex legislative and moral dilemmas of business communication in Indonesia from a Islamic Law Perspective. Through qualitative method, this study found the relationship between the ethical rules of Islam and legal regulations that are in place as well as religious characteristics of modern communication in the business world of Muslim-majority countries. This offers a chance to advance existing knowledge and understand the challenge of moral and legal processes. The study analyze various cases and experience of the ethical business communication, and formulates researchrecommendation on the realization of the ethichal complexities of business communication in Indonesia as a Muslim Majority Country.
