JURNAL AL-IJTIMAIYYAH is an open access journal that contributing to publishing various research results and literature review in the field of Islamic community development. This journal published by the Center for Research and Community Service (LP2M) Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, Indonesia. The journal welcomes the new idea and concepts on the community development field to be published academically. This journal accepts in the fields of Islamic society, Islamic microfinance, disaster, poverty reduction, sosial welfare, entrepreneurship. gender, and development.
JURNAL AL-IJTIMAIYYAH has become a CrossRef Member since the year 2018. Therefore, all articles published by this journal will have unique DOI number.

In 2022, JURNAL AL-IJTIMAIYYAH has submitted a re-accreditation to rank up from rank 4 to rank 3 based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 230/E/KPT/2022. This accreditation is effective from Volume 6 Number 2 of 2020 to Volume 11 Number 1 of 2025 (SINTA 3).
JURNAL AL-IJTIMAIYYAH is managed by Department of Islamic Community Development Faculty of Da'wah and Communication UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, Indonesia. This journal is published biannually JANUARY-JUNY and JULY-DECEMBER. Office at Jln. Syaikh Abdul Rauf, Kopelma Darussalam Banda Aceh 23111, Aceh, Indonesia, Emaill: alijtimaiyyahjurnal@gmail.com.
Every received article should follow Author guideline. Any submitted paper will be reviewed by reviewers. Review process employs with blind Review that the reviewer does not know the identity of the author, and the author does not know the identity of the reviewers.
