Author Guidelines

Guidelines for writing articles in the Al-Idarah: Jurnal Manajemen dan Administrasi Islam, can be followed as follows:

  1. Writing is the author's original scientific work and has never been published or is in the process of being published by other media;
  2. The manuscript must be in accordance with the surrounding style and journal template;
  3. Manuscripts sent in the form of conceptual, resumes of research results, or thoughts of leaders;
  4. The author must submit a text that reviews the actual themes within the scope of the development and application of Islamic management and administration science;
  5. The manuscript must show the sharpness of the analysis, update references (last 3 years), not plagiarism;
  6. The author must fill in the form for the authenticity of the manuscript;
  7. Manuscripts can be sent in Indonesian, English and Arabic;
  8. Manuscripts must contain information on Islamic Management and Administration, Da'wah and Islamic sciences;
  9. Systematics of conceptual manuscripts, or thinking of characters is:

- Title;

- Author's name (without academic degree) and author's affiliation and e-mail;

- Abstracts are written in two languages, namely Indonesian and English. Maximum abstract contains 150-250 words;

- Contains keywords of up to 7 concepts;

- Preliminary;

- Discussion containing Subtitles (according to the needs of the discussion);

- Closing;

- Reference Library (only includes referenced sources);

10. Systematic resumes of research results are:

- Title;

- Author's name (without academic degree), author affiliation and e-mail address;

- Abstracts are written in two languages, namely Indonesian and English. Maximum abstracts contain 150-250 words. Abstract contains objectives, methods and results of research;

- Loading keywords up to 7 concepts;

- Introduction, which contains the background, literature review, and research objectives;

- Research methods;

- Results and Discussion;

- Conclusions and Recommendations;

- Reference Library (only includes referenced sources);

11. Manuscripts sent must follow the rules of scientific writing by using the footnote system, for example;

12. Texts sent are typed 1, 5 Spaces with lengths ranging from 18-23 pages (8000 - 12000 words);

13. The submitted text must be accompanied by the author's brief academic biodata;

14. Articles sent using the Arabic-Indonesian transliteration as follows:

Letters: ', b, t, th, j, ¥, kh, d, dh, r, z, s, sh, ¹¹ £, Ḡ??, á¹, Ạ", â € ˜, gh , f, q, l, m, n, h, w, y. Short vowels: a, i, u. Long vowels: Ä ??, Ä «, Å«. Diphthongs: aw, vv. TÄ ?? marbÅ «á¹Ä ??: t. Article: al-. For detailed information on Arabic Romanization, please refer to the Library of Congress (LC) transliteration system.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Open Office, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
