INDENTIFIKASI SERANGGA TANAH PADA PROSES PEMBUSUKAN JASAD (ENTOMOLOGI FORENSIK)

Abstract


Istilah entomologi forensik umumnya digunakan untuk menggambarkan studi tentang serangga dan arthropoda yang terkait dengan dugaan peristiwa kriminal tertentu dan mengungkap waktu kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data serangga tanah yang ditemukan dibawah jasad sampel setelah selesai proses dekomposisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekperimental dimana serangga tanah diidentifikasi berdasarkan karakteristik fisik dengan sampel hati kambing. Hasil penelitian ditemukan jenis serangga dari ordo Collembola, Coleoptera, Dermaptera, proturan, Hymenoptera, dan mesostigmata. Famili yang ditemukan yaitu Entomobridae, Isotomidae, Hypogastruridae, Neanura, Micromalthidae, Cucujudae, Anisolabidae, Acerentomidae, Formicidae, dan unidentified dari ordo dipluran. Spesies yang teridentifikasi meliputi Entomobrya nivalis, Isotomurus balteatus, Hypogastura purpurescens, Neanura muscorum, Micromalthidae debilis, Cucujus clavipes, Euborellia annulipes, Acerentomidae sp. Ordo yang ditemukan sebanyak 7 dengan 16 famili dan 8 spesies.
