Sumber Daya Manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tidak pernah terlepas dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan atau konsumsi. Aceh merupakan daerah yang sangat berpegang teguh pada syariat Islam, mayoritas masyarakat Aceh sebagai Muslim sudah seharusnya memiliki kesadaran sepenuhnya terkait kehalalan apa yang dikonsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyembelihan halal terhadap perilaku dan kepuasan konsumen pada salah satu pasar di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian menggunakan metodologi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap 100 responden maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel penyembelihan halal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap perilaku dan kepuasan konsumen.References
