PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN PROFESI GURU TERHADAP KEYAKINAN DIRI DAN HUBUNGAN GURU-MURID

Abstract


Program pendidikan profesi guru (PPG) dirancang untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kecakapan dalam melaksanakan tugas di sekolah. Keyakinan diri (self-efficacy) dan hubungan guru-murid merupakan salah satu kecakapan penting dalam mengajar yang dapat diwujudkan melalui program PPG. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan profesi guru  terhadap keyakinan diri guru dan  hubungan guru-murid. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis korelatif telah digunakan untuk memperoleh data dari 30 orang guru MAN yang telah mengikuti PPG di kabupaten Pidie. Reliabilitas skala di uji dengan menggunakan metode alpha Cronbach’s. Hasil penelitian ditemukan intervensi PPG terhadap keyakinan diri dan hubungan guru-murid sebesar (r) 0.933 dan p (0.000). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa intervensi PPG terhadap keyakinan diri guru dan hubungan guru-murid memberikan pengaruh sangat signifikan.
