إن مسيرة تعليم اللغة الألمانية وتعلمها في برنامج التدريب قبل الخدمة لمعلم جامعة ال ا رنيري الإسلامية ببندا آتشيه, التي يقوم بها مركز تطوير اللغات الأجنبية وهيئة التدريس تشير إلى التطور حسب تطور أهداف الجامعة في اللغة نفسها في السنوات الأخيرة قد أصبحت متنوعة: منها لأجل الاضطلاع على المؤلفات العلمية الألمانية, والد ا رسة. وبالنسبة لهدف الد ا رسة, فخاص لمن يريد الذهاب إلى الولايات الألمانية المتحدة للتبحر في العلوم التربوية, والفلسفة, والقانون الدولي, والد ا رسات الإسلامية, والإعلامية, واللغات. ورغم ذلك, فإن تعليم اللغة الألمانية في مركز تطوير اللغات الأجنبية وهيئة التدريس التابع لجامعة ال ا رنيري الإسلامية ببندا آتشيه إندونيسيا يسير سي ا ر ضعيفا ; لأنه ما ا زل يواجه أنواع من المشكلات, منها مشكلات لغوية. وذلك لأن بعض المعلمين ذوي الكفاءة في اللغة العربية الدارسين للغة العربية يجدون أوجه اختلاف أنظمة الأنماط اللغوية في اللغتين الألمانية والعربية. ومن أهم هذه الأوجه صيغة الضمائر. في ضوء ما سبق ذكره تتحدد مسألة البحث فيما يلي: "ما أوجه الاختلاف لأنظمة صيغ الضمائر في اللغتين الألمانية والعربية. وتأسيسا على ما سبق, فيحتاج الباحث إلى تشخيص الحلول التي تفكه عن طريق إتباع الطريقة الوصفية في علم اللغة التقابلي حيث وصفت الظواهر المبحوثة. أما الطريقة التقابلية فهي طريقة تحليلية في اللغة لإظهار اختلاف واتفاق بين اللغات أو اللهجات لبحث مبادئ يمكن تطبيقها على تعليم اللغة والترجمة.
