Author Guidelines

Redaksi Jurnal Justisia : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum, Perundang-undangan dan Pranata Sosial receive scientific writing manuscripts in the form of: research results articles; and conceptual articles in the form of results of studies, reviews, and systematic thoughts, in the fields of Law, Legislation and Social Institutions. The manuscript is written in Indonesian, has never been published or is being submitted for publication in another publisher/journal. The submitted manuscript will be discussed by the Editorial Board together with experts according to the scientific field to determine its eligibility for publication. Manuscripts are sent in the form of electronic files using the Microsoft Word program or the like with A4 size (Articles template download here).

Writing Systematics:
Research results articles consist of Title, Author Identity, Abstract and Keywords, Introduction, Research Methods, Discussion, Closing/Conclusion. Can be seen or menu on the template here.

Other Terms:
Authors must include a Statement of Article Originality and Publication Permit when submitting articles online (please download here).

Writing citations of reference sources using Mendeley tools, Turabian 8th edition (full note) style, namely writing the name of the author (without an academic degree); year of publication and page number, which is written in brackets; placed behind the quote.

The contents of the article are beyond the responsibility of the editor, and the editor has the right to edit the editorial without changing the meaning.

  • Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements will be confirmed or returned for correction;

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.

  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal and already made a Statement of Authenticity Article uploaded on supporting data/Supplementary files. If this is not done, then the management of Jurnal Justisia : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum, Perundang-undangan dan Pranata Sosial is free from all claims from other related parties.

  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensure Blind Review have been followed.

The Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright of the article shall be assigned to Jurnal Justisia : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum, Perundang-undangan dan Pranata Sosial, Ar-Raniry State Islamic University, Indonesia as the publisher of the journal.

Jurnal Justisia : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum, Perundang-undangan dan Pranata Sosial right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0) that allows others to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) the work for any purpose, even commercially with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in Jurnal Justisia : Jurnal Ilmu Hukum, Perundang-undangan dan Pranata Sosial.
