ADAPTASI ALAT UKUR EXPANDED MULTIDIMENSIONAL TURNOVER INTENTION SCALE (EMTIS)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengadaptasi alat ukur Expanded Multidimensional Turnover Intention Scale (EMTIS) pada karyawan generasi Z. Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 182 orang. Alat ukur ini dikembangkan oleh Ike, dkk. (2023) merupakan instrumen yang terdiri dari 5 dimensi, yaitu status sosial subjektif, budaya organisasi, orientasi pribadi, ekspektasi, dan jenjang karier dengan 25 item. Proses adaptasi mengikuti standar ITC Guidelines for Translating and Adapting Test (ITC, 2018). Analisis reliabilitas dilakukan dengan mencari koefisien alpha Cronbach, dan validitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan Corrected Item Total Correlation dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Expanded Multidimensional Turnover Intention Scale (EMTIS) versi Bahasa Indonesia memiliki konsistensi internal yang tinggi (α = 0.966) dan validitas konstruk koefisien Corrected Item Total Correlation berada antara 0.367 – 0.848. Selain itu, validitas konstruk berdasarkan Confirmatory Factor Analysis menunjukkan model fit. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 25 item yang terdapat dalam Expanded Multidimensional Turnover Intention Scale (EMTIS) yang sudah diadaptasi dapat digunakan untuk mengukur Turnover Intention pada karyawan generasi Z di IndonesiaReferences
