DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN OPTIMISME SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR STRESS-RELATED GROWTH PADA SANTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN ASKHABUL KAHFI SEMARANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dukungan sosial dan optimisme terhadap stress-related growth pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu santri MA dan SMK Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang dengan sampel berjumlah 212 santri. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala stress-related growth, skala dukungan sosial, skala optimisme. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil uji hiposesis pertama menunjukkan ada peran signifikan dukungan sosial dan optimisme terhadap stress-related growth pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang. Hasil uji hipotesis kedua menunjukkan ada peran signifikan dukungan sosial terhadap stress-related growth pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang. Hasil uji hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan ada peran signifikan optimisme terhadap stress-related growth pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang. Selain itu, terdapat temuan lain dalam penelitian ini yaitu tidak ada perbedaan stress-related growth antara santri MA dengan santri SMK dan antara santri laki-laki dengan santri perempuan di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi Semarang.References
