Peer Review Process

Legitimasi: Jurnal Hukum Pidana dan Politik Hukum uses a double-blind peer review policy, the initial author and manuscript are not displayed until the text is accepted will be peer reviewed by two qualified reviewers. 

Each text sent will be evaluated on the basis of the following bases:

• The results of scientific work are the work of the original;
• Conformity between methodologies and research topics;
• The ability to communicate with readers;
• Based on the recommendations of the reviewer;
• The normal time for screening and evaluation of manuscripts is four to six months from the date of receipt;
• Articles submitted to the journal can use English, Arabic, or Indonesian. However, abstracts must be in English;
• The editor in chief of this journal has the full right to decide whether the text is accepted or rejected based on the reviewers’ comments. The language used in this journal is English.
• All articles published in this journal are free of charge.
