Abstract

تطوير نتائج التعلم في طبقات مختلفة يمثل تحديا صعبا يواجهه المعلم ومعلم محتمل. وكذلك العلاقة المنطقية والتشغيلية بين نتائج التعلم في مستوى واحد لنتائج التعلم الأعلى أو الأدنى تكون غير واضحة لبعض المعلمين أو معلم محتمل في كثير من الأحيان. يحدث هذا الموقف لأن صياغة نتائج التعلم ، بشكل عام، هي رؤية التجريد ومفهومية. يكون وضع مؤشرات محاولة لاستخلاص من نتائج التعلم العامة التي هي أكثر تجريدا نتائج التعلم الملحوظة. في المنهج الدراسي 2013، تم تنفيذ عمل تطوير نتائج التعلم في مستوى الكفاءة الأساسية والأعلى من قبل المؤسسات الحكومية وبالتالي ترك عمل لاستخلاص مؤشرات على كل معلم. ومع ذلك،لم يكن استنباط مؤشرات من نتائج التعلم العامة أمرا سهلا. للحل على هذه الصعوبات يحتاج المدرسون و معلم محتمل إلى مراجعة دراسة نظرية ومبادئ تنمية مؤشرات ، وفتح الفرصة لأنفسهم لفهم المؤشرات التي وضعتها الآخرون وممارسة وضع المؤشرات الخاصة لموادهم الدراسية. عندما يجرى هذا العمل باستمرار، سيتم تحسين قدرة المعلمين على وضع مؤشرات نتائج التعلم.
