Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua dalam menanamkan winning skill pada anak usia dini di TK ABA AL-Manar Sooka, Kabupaten Pacitan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan sembilan wali murid, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model perilaku asuh orang tua secara langsung dan tidak langsung membentuk fondasi winning skill anak, yang meliputi pendidikan, kemandirian, komunikasi, moral, kreativitas, kerja sama, percaya diri, dan tanggung jawab – faktor-faktor yang dianggap sangat penting oleh orang tua untuk keberhasilan anak di masa depan. Berbagai upaya dukungan orang tua, seperti mendorong diskusi, mendukung hobi, memfasilitasi kerja kelompok, membangun komunikasi terbuka, melatih tanggung jawab, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai agama dan moral, mencerminkan komitmen mereka terhadap pengembangan winning skill anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua adalah sentral dalam meletakkan dasar winning skill sebagai bekal anak menghadapi tantangan di masa depan.
