المشكلة في هذه الرسالة أن اختيار المدرسة طرق التعليم في تلك المدرسة غير مطابقة بالطلبة أي إنها تأمر الطلبة بقراءة النصوص وتأمرهم بترجمتها ولا تهتم بصحة القراءة من حيث ضبط الشكل بل تقصر القراءة على الترجمة. وهذه الطريقة لا تؤتي الثمر ولا تؤثر في الطلبة على صحة القراءة فلم تكن للطلبة قدرة على قراءة النصوص التي وجدوا في كتب العربية. والأغراض من كتابة هذه الرسالة هي معرفة تطبيق طريقة القراءة الجهرية في ترقية قدرة الطلبة على ضبط الشكل ومعرفة قدرة الطلبة على ضبط الشكل بتطبيق طريقة القراءة بالمدرسة العالية الإسلامية الأهلية دار الزاهدين كوتاباروا. وأما منهج البحث في هذه الرسالة فهو بحث تجريبي. وأدواته الاختبار والملاحظة. ونتائج البحث هي أن تطبيق طريقة القراءة الجهرية ترقي قدرة الطلبة على ضبط الشكل لأن قيمة (to) -4،53 أكبر من مستوى الدلالة 5% أي 2،11 .
