Implementation of Video Based Laboratory Using Tracker Software in Determining the Earth's Gravitational Acceleration in Various Cities on Sulawesi Island, Indonesia and Turkey

Abstract


FREE FALL EXPERIMENTS HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED IN VARIOUS CITIES IN SULAWESI AND ONE CITY IN TURKEY WITH THE AIM OF DETERMINING THE ACCELERATION OF GRAVITY.THE ACCELERATION OF GRAVITY IS DETERMINED BY IMPLEMENTING A VIDEO-BASED LABORATORY.THE DATA OBTAINED ARE FREE FALL MOTION VIDEO DATA ANALYZED BY USING TRACKER SOFTWARE.FROM THE ANALYSIS CONDUCTED, THE PRICES OF THE EARTH'S GRAVITY ACCELERATION ARE SUCCESSFUL IN THE CITIES OF JENEPONTO, MAKASSAR, MINAHASA, AND ISTANBUL OF: : 9.793 , 9.778 9.72 , AND 9.76 .USING ROOT MEAN SQUARE DEVIATION (RMSD) BASED ON APPLICATIONS EARNED SUCCESSFULLY: (JENEPONTO), (MAKASSAR), (MINAHASA) AND (ISTANBUL).ERROR OF MEASUREMENT RESULTS ARE ON THE ORDER SO THAT THE AUTHORIZATION CAN BE ACCEPTED.THE ACCELERATION OF GRAVITY THAT WAS OBTAINED WAS APPROACHING THE LITERATURE VALUE, ie, .THEREFORE, IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VIDEO-BASED LABORATORY (VBL) ANALYSIS METHOD USING THE SOFTWARE TRACKER TO DETERMINE THE ACCELERATION OF GRAVITY IN VARIOUS HEARTS OF THE EARTH, WAS EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY DONE.
